The Great American Cleanup kicks off on March 7 this year with the Kids Kickoff, launching a season of action and community pride. The celebration continues on March 21 with our Open House and Reed Park Cleanup, bringing neighbors together to make a visible difference right here at home.

Across the country, Americans unite through the Great American Cleanup, the nation’s largest community improvement program. Each year, more than 300,000 volunteers and participants roll up their sleeves to help Keep America Beautiful by cleaning up litter, beautifying public spaces, and strengthening their communities.

This year’s effort is part of an even bigger milestone. Keep America Beautiful has set an ambitious national goal of removing 250,000 pieces of litter by America’s 250th birthday, and every cleanup brings us one step closer to that historic achievement.
